2020 Masters schedule is below. iF3 Masters will need to qualify through the MastersHQ/AFFF Super Online Qualifier.

THE 2020 ONLINE QUALIFIER
The *Super* Online Qualifier consists of multiple scored workouts, 1 test release every 2 weeks for 6 weeks.
These tests are based on the 6 tests of the International Functional Fitness Federation
Test release dates:
RELEASE: 20th FEB – 11am
SUBMIT: 4th MARCH – 10am
RELEASE: 5th MARCH – 11am
SUBMIT: 18th MARCH – 10am
RELEASE: 19th MARCH – 11am
SUBMIT: 1ST APRIL – 10am
Top 10% (capped at 8 – min of 5) of all athletes in each age category from each State/territory will be invited to compete in the THE SEMI FINAL
Runs for 6 weeks. Every 2 weeks there will be a workout release. Workout releases will include more than one part…resulting in more than 1 score per release. There will be a total of 6 scores at the completion of the 6 weeks.
Workouts will be released onto the AFFF website (under Blog) and Facebook page. These will include weight requirements for each age and links to demonstrations of workout standards as well as printable score sheets.
All participants have 2 weeks to complete the workouts and submit their score via Competition corner. Scores must be submitted no later than 10am on submission day for scores to count.
*TOP QUALIFYING ATHLETES MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT VIDEOS

To be eligible to enter this comp, athletes must be 30 years or above on 31st December 2020. Your age category is also based on your age on Sat 31st December 2020

Top 2 athletes from each age category in each State/territory will be invited to compete in the next stage of competition

Top 3 AUSTRALIAN RX athletes from each age division, both male and female will qualify as part of the National team to represent Australia at the iF3 Masters World Championships.
