*Age is determined by athletes age on Dec 31st 2022
*Athletes are permitted to register in both Open individual, masters and team.

WORKOUTS:
Week 1: 5th-9th May / 90 minute window to complete Test 1, 2 & 3
Week 2: 12th-16th May / 90 minute window to complete Test 4, 5 & 6

Score submission: 10am May 9th 2022
TEST 4, 5, 6
Release: 11am  May 12th 2022
Score submission: 10am May 16th 2022
