YOUTH 18’u (born 2002/2003)
YOUTH 16’u (born 2004/2005)
YOUTH 14’u (born 2006/2007)
30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
*Age is determined by athletes age on Dec 31st 2021
*Athletes are permitted to register in both individual and team.
1 release every 2 weeks for 4 weeks. Tests may have 2-3 parts. Over the 4 weeks there will be 6 scoring opportunities total

Release: 11am April 15th 2021
Score submission: 10am April 28th 2021
TEST 4, 5, 6
Release: 11am April 29th 2021
Score submission: 10am May 12th 2021

AFFF Tests are based on the 6 tests of the International Functional Fitness Federation
All individual athletes and teams must complete workouts RX and submit videos via Competition Corner.
